Advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid after pickup or on the first day of the trip in case of tour packages.
Full payment must be completed at the time of driver details submission in case of picnic, marriage, or MICE bookings.
100% refund in case of war, natural disaster, or similar unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation made more than 30 days prior: 20% of the advance will be deducted.
Cancellation made between 20–10 days prior: 50% of the advance will be deducted.
Cancellation made less than 10 days prior or one day before: No refund applicable.
